Customer Service Agent | Entry Level

We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as full time Monday-Friday (40-hours per week) part-time is available as well at a minimum of 3 full days a week, customer service agents in our national call center. Our customer service agents are our customer’s first line of contact and a critical role within our business as we aim to deliver the best level of service in our industry.

 

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Look for opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
Build relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Attend educational training seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal /team performance targets
Requirements

Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with computers
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
