We are seeking a Customer Service Representative With E-Commerce Experience to join our team! You will be responsible for providing top notch customer service, in addition to processing any orders placed on our site. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule with the ability cover a 9AM-5PM, 10AM-6PM or 11AM-7PM shift, with occasional coverage needed on Saturdays from 10AM-6PM.
Answer incoming phone calls, emails and chats regarding customer service inquiries
Process orders and sample requests on a daily basis and ensure orders are being shipped in a timely fashion
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Willingness to complete administrative tasks, as needed
Complete side projects related to updates and testing for website
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Previous experience in customer service required, preferably in e-commerce
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
