GC Pro Account Manager-3022
Job Title: GC Pro Account Manager (A/V Sales Rep)
The A/V Sales Rep effectively manages sales leads as well as identifies other prospective opportunities to result in profitable sales. The sales process defines the client’s needs, then, formulates solutions for local and regional corporate & educational accounts. This position also involves working with the engineering department and installation operations to design and deliver functioning A/V systems to corporate/educational clients.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Generate design/ build sales of audio-visual systems to local and regional corporate and educational accounts.
Work the business sales strategy and business plan to ensure attainment of company sales goals, growth and profitability.
Develop partnership relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and construction management firms that lead to client loyalty and satisfaction.
Generate sales of service agreements and upgrades to existing systems.
Provide top tier account management to insure core customer satisfaction before, during and after installation.
Must understand audiovisual, display and videoconferencing equipment, applications, and functionality.
Will utilize their understanding of control system products and applications (Crestron/Kramer) along with a knowledge of network setup for project scope.
Will be reading architectural and construction drawings as needed.
Requires working knowledge of commercial construction environments (power, conduit, core drills) and ability to estimate labor and work with customers.
To join our band you’ll need the following experience:
Previous sales experience is preferred, primarily in technology based systems and/or equipment.
Bachelors Degree in Sales or related field preferred.
Industry certifications preferred.
Strong work ethic required. The more you put in to this position, the more you will get out it.
Ability to handle strict deadlines and be highly motivated to service the customer.
Must have an out-going personality and work well with others and be able to take care of the customer from start of project to after project completion.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check and drug test.
